Account Security and Protection of Training Content

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and must not share their username, password, access credentials, or account with any other person. Account access is strictly personal and may not be transferred, assigned, or otherwise made available to third parties.

All training materials and content made available through the platform, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, images, audio, assessments, exercises, course materials, and other proprietary content, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may access and use such content solely for their authorized training purposes.

Users may not, in whole or in part, copy, reproduce, download, record, capture, screenshot, photograph, distribute, publish, transmit, upload, modify, adapt, sell, license, share, or otherwise reproduce or make the training content available to any other person or entity, in any form or by any means, without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, or use of the platform or its content may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user’s account and may lead to further legal action where applicable.
