Who is this training for?
Anyone working in a dealership service department, from a first-week express advisor to a fixed operations director. There are four tracks, one for each level, and they are built to stack.
Start with the track for the job you want next, unless you are new to the drive. If you are new, start at Express Advisor and build the foundation first. If you are training a whole team, put everyone through Express Advisor so the department shares one process, then move your leads up.
That is up to you. Lessons run about five minutes each, so a module is a short session and a full track is a matter of weeks at a normal pace. You have 90 days of access on a single track, which is meant to leave room to go back through material after you have tried it on a customer.

Single tracks run $89 to $179 depending on the role, with 90-day access. All Access is $579 for a full year and covers every track.

That is what it is designed for. Five-minute lessons in text and audio, on any device, so a lesson fits between customers instead of requiring a day off the drive.
